North Jakarta Sub-dept. of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) opened e-ID card and birth certificate service during the commemoration of Kesatuan Gerak Bhayangkara (HKGB) Day at Al-Hijrah Mosque, Marunda Flat, Cilincing.
